The Bridge in Minnesota ..collapsed.
Pic's creditI couldn't believe my eyes , i woke up to the the news this morning , and i found a disaster .
The bridge , that i used to use every single day just 8 months ago , had collapsed sending tons of rubble to the Mississippi river with scores of cars and people. 7 people had been killed and over 60 people had been injured .
I called 4 or 5 people so far in Minneapolis to check on them , but it's 10 am here (Cairo time) , i am sure all of them are sleeping now .
I sent them emails , but no one will get back to me now , I am so worried , and it feels like i was there , i couldn't help stop my tears from falling , Minnesota is my home , and i loved it so much , i loved the river , the streets , the people , the airport i used to work at , i could have been one of those people over the bridge .
Pray for the victims ...
I am waiting for any kind of response from my Friends ....

كارثة بشعة فعلا، أول ما صحيت الصبح كان أول خبر قابلته علي قناة بي بي سي ، الحطام شكلها مخيف فعلا لأنه مش انهيار جزئي حسب ما شفت الفيديو.
المراسل كان بيقول بيستبعدوا عمل تخريبي وغالبا هيكون مشكلة في الانشاءات وهندسة الكوبري

It's a disaster indeed , and -it's to me - more saddening than it's to many people ...
I used to drive over this bridge almost every day , it hits home rely .
I feel i want to be there and help with the rescue efforts , or do any thing useful .
Aside from being worried about my Friends , and people i worked with , i still want to help ..but i don't know how .
The way it fell , has to be investigated , and i am sure "some one" is really in trouble right now .
well, I've 2 uncles in Minnesota and thanks God they are okay.

For all people in my neighborhood , Ahmed Thabit and his wife is just fine , i got an email from his wife at 1:10 pm Cairo time .

استبعدت كلها محاولات التخريب والارهاب
انا بديت اشوف علي صفحة ياهو الرئيسية خبر كل شوية عن اسباب الانهيار واضح انها كلها اسباب هيكلية ليها علاقة بطريقة البناء والعيوب
